I've been using PhotoSynthesis for over 10 years. Their quality is superb. Most of my printing is fine art reproduction of alcohol ink based work or low-light still life photography. Their process and paper preserves the color and detail perfectly. The online ordering process is very user friendly with amazing turn around time. Every time I come in to pick up orders I'm greeted by friendly and professional people. I appreciate knowing my clients will recieve top-notch prints that will last.

I'm about 3 months late with my review, but in December, I wanted a picture printed, and it was a print I bought a file of, if that makes sense, from Etsy. I tried to email it to the shop (from in the store with the assistance of an employee), but they couldn't open it because, since it was a file I ordered from Etsy to my email address, Etsy recognized it wasn't my email address trying to open it (which made sense). So the employee walked me over to their self-service ordering stations, which I had never seen before in the store, and walked me through the process (it would have taken me twice as long without her help since I had never used it). And this was while the shop was busy with other customers. The employee didn't make me feel rushed (or stupid for staring blankly at the self-service kiosk...I hadn't used one of those in yeeeears, and it was a more sophisticated program than ordering prints at Walmart, LOL), and she even multi-tasked by assisting the customer right next to me also self-ordering prints from the other available kiosk who also needed help. She was very kind, efficient, patient, and knowledgeable. And my Christmas print was ready in a couple days at an affordable price, and looks beautiful.

I had 3 - 4x5 negatives printed and 2 were printed backwards. Numbers in print are backwards, so that should have been a hint. I will not take large format negatives here again. After posting my review I did get a call offering to correct the mistakes. I respect that offer.

I ordered a personalized apron, with three big pictures of all my extended family. The product looks way better that I could imagine! And they were able to accommodate and get it done in less than a day. I just had to email them the pictures I wanted, and indicate how I wanted them arranged in the apron. They had already a beautiful apron with them where they could print on. They answered to all my questions almost immediately. They saved my life, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to get a present for my grandmother on time! Thank you!
